The Hollinger Golf Club is set to host the 2021 Golf Canada NextGen East Series Fall Championship from September 16-19th, 2021. The announcement comes after Golf Canada recently released its set dates for its 2021 tournaments.
The Hollinger Golf Club, with support of the Northern Golf Association, will be collaborating to provide an outstanding championship experience for the participants expected at this Fall Series Championship.
The NextGen Championships are renowned as the premier junior golf circuit in Canada. With more than 800 participants in eight regional championships annually, the NextGen Championships continues to raise the bar for junior golf nationwide. These events have provided Canada’s top junior boys and girls with opportunities to expand their competitive golf experience.
In a press release, Host Club Tournament Chair Owen Rigg talked about the honour of hosting a nationally recognized event.
“We are extremely grateful to Golf Canada for granting this opportunity to the Hollinger Golf Club for 2021,” said Owen Rigg, Host Club Tournament Chair, “It is a great honour to be hosting a nationally recognized event at our club and we expect a wonderful response for the championship from the city with a 'Heart of Gold'”.
The Hollinger Golf Club and The Northern Golf Association are thrilled and will adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and successful tournament.
