Berube recognized with Heart of Gold Civic Award!

Congratulations to NGA President & Golf Ontario Hall of Fame inductee Archie Berube for his recent recognition by the City of Timmins!

On March 14th, Archie was presented with the #HeartOfGold Civic Award for helping Northern Ontario stay on the fairway of the provincial and national golf scene.

City of Timmins: “For more than 25 years, Berube has been a driving force behind the growth and revitalization of the NGA. He also plays a significant role at the Hollinger Golf Club, where he oversees the Starter/Marshal program and helped contribute to the club’s expansion to an 18-hole facility.”

Archie Berube: “As the Northern Golf Association prepares to celebrate its 100th Anniversary, Mr. Berube’s efforts will be remembered as a cornerstone of the organization’s success. His influence on the game, his community, and the people he has mentored will continue to resonate for many years to come.”
